Alcohol Prohibited Policy
 
Deli & Coffee Bar, we are committed to creating a safe, family-friendly, and welcoming environment for all our customers. To uphold this standard, the possession, sale, and consumption and the selling of alcohol on our premises is strictly prohibited.
 
Why this policy is important: We value a wholesome and inclusive atmosphere where individuals of all ages can feel comfortable no matter what the occasion. We prioritize health, wellness, and community over alcohol-related activities, although we do not discriminate against alcohol users in any way. We ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding unlicensed alcohol sales or consumption as part of our business practices.
 
Our Promise: Fresh Farm Deli & Coffee Bar will remain an alcohol-free space.  Customers can enjoy a wide selection of fresh, wholesome meals, specialty coffees, teas, and beverages without alcohol. Any violation of this policy will be addressed promptly to maintain the safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment we promise to all. By enforcing this policy, we continue to provide a place where families, friends, and the community can trust and enjoy every day. Our vision is to cater for non-alcoholic events and patrons but not to discriminate against any alcohol users or events but to serve those who prefer a non-alcoholic venue.
Health & Safety Policy
Being a customer and part of our database of over hundreds of satisfied customers countrywide we fully abide by the POPIA law of South Africa (Protection of Personal Information Act) which came into effect 1 July 2021. Therefore all your details (names, surnames, email addresses, phone numbers) are stored safely into a secured filed database system. Your personal information will never be distributed or illegally accessed as we have all the safety measures in place to secure all our customer's personal details.
